Andrew Arteaga or also known as Idrewit is a widely renowned tattoo artist on a global scale for his talents and a long list of celebrity clients. Arteaga grew up in Santa Ana, California.
Life was never easy for Andrew. He used to stay in a drug-infested neighbourhood with no father figure. He was completely surrounded by bad influences. Many of his friends and family members had fallen victim to drug use, and he always felt as if he was trying to make ends meet. Art was the only escape for Andrew. when his family found out about his skills, they discouraged his artistic aspiration as they did not consider it as a career. From continuous discouragement and trying to meet ends, he himself is involved with all the bad things. And eventually, this brought trouble to him and he was in prison for two years.
In his two years in prison, Andrew found his interest in tattoos when got his first tattoo and started learning about it and start practice. he went to pursue his degree post his two-year sentence in jail instead of starting his career as a tattoo artist. He continued working on his craft as a tattoo artist for eight years and finally found his break while he was working under famous tattoo artist Romeo Lacoste at his shop located in Los Angeles. when Andrew worked on one of the very well-known rappers and become friends with it and was finally was introduced to the world of entertainment full of celebrities. Over time he was able to show his skills and people were quite impressed with his work. He has worked with many celebrities like Jake Paul, Nyjah Huston, Austin McBroom, Trippy red, Trent Williams, Lil Skies, GASHI and many more. Since then, he has worked with numerous athletes, artists, actors, and so on.
